Pastor's Biography

Apostle William Frazier was saved and filled with the holyghost in 1977.  He started as brother in the church from 1977 – 1979.  He was ordained a Deacon in 1979. Apostle Frazier father in the gospel was Bishop Grady Cook, Johnston, SC.  His grandfather in the gospel was the late Bishop HT Jones, Refuge Temple, Philadelphia PA and his great grandfather in the gospel was the late Bishop RC Lawson Refuge Temple Philadelphia, PA.   He was called to the ministry in 1986 and ordained and Elder in 1988.  He was ordained a Bishop in the year of 2000. He was consecrated an Apostle in 2011.  The Lord said to Apostle Frazier, “I will send you and Apostle Frazier answered the call “I will go”.  He waited upon his ministry and in the year of 1986 Apostle Frazier did his initial sermon.  The message was “ Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you”, St. John 15:16.  From then on Apostle William Frazier did the work of an evangelist, preaching tent services throughout CSRA and traveling throughout the US and Canada revivals.  Many souls came to the Lord, backsliders were reclaimed, many were healed and set free then upon the year 1998, the Lord elevated him to Pastor.  The ministry started in 1995, Barnwell SC in the home of Mother Sanders and Mother Washington where God gave him a vision.  Later the ministry moved to 716 Old Whiskey Rd, New Ellenton SC.   The church was purchased and the closing was on the church was in January 1998 and then the work began.  The church was renovated inside and out and in the six months the church was completed had its dedication. The name of the church , The Lord Our Righteousness was given to Apostle Frazier by the Lord according to  Jeremiah 23:6.

In the year of 2000, Apostle Frazier established a second church in Walterboro SC on Limit Street.  Also in the year of 2001, he established an outreach ministry in the city of Lincolnton, GA.  

In the year of 2015, Apostle Frazier established an outreach ministry in Atlanta, GA area.

Some of Apostle Frazier’s  accomplishments:

In the years 1998-2014 Radio Breakthrough Ministry on 97.9 WIIZ FM Station every Sunday Morning 9:00 am.

In the year of 2004, he was part of The Way of The Cross Church International, where he served as State Bishop of Atlanta GA.  Prelate Bishop Leroy Canady.  

He went back to school to further his education where he received an Associate’s Degree Human Services from Denmark Technical College, Denmark SC in the year  2005.

In the year of 2007 he established and Enrichment Camp Ministry.

He established the Lord Our Righteousness Memorial Garden.  

He has an outreach ministry every Wednesday at Pruitt Nursing Home, Aiken SC.

He has a yearly Christmas Basket Ministry.  

He has a ministry to help youth return back to school to obtain their high school diploma.

He established a scholarship fund and has a passion for souls and has been in the ministry for 28 years and pastoring for 20 years.

In the year of 2015, Apostle Frazier has an outreach ministry in Atlanta Georgia area.
